Clexus PM is not working!!

Your ClexusPM is not working? The design interface is messed up? Quick message, quick reply, TO field are sending you to frontpage? Here are some of the common issues. 1. Have you enable the Clexuspm Mambot ? ClexusPM uses 1 system mambot to load the necessary JS libraries. Make sure the mambot is installed and published for PUBLIC users. 2. Are you using a custom templates? ClexusPM require the following code in the section of your template. Code: <?php mosShowHead(); ?> The default template and most commercial template do include this code. Make sure it is there, if it is missing, add it. 3. Are you getting Javascript errors? ClexusPM works with prototype.js and Scriptaculous libraries. If you are using other softwared such as Moofx, they are using a hacked version of these libraries. You should disable the inclusion of the prototype.lite.js, either by contacting the developer or removing it from the code yourself.
